How do I appeal to remove my "unjust ban?"

Around five to six years ago, my account received warning due to an "pornographic" profile picture. However, the profile picture was simply Eli Manning (a retired NFL quarterback for the New York Giants). After receiving this warning, I was careful to not add any profile pictures to my account for a while to see if maybe the moderation had made a mistake. The following month or so I decided to add another profile picture. This time of my favorite character from an anime I watched as a child, Naruto. The profile picture was Obito Uchiha in one of his forms (I cannot remember off the top of my head). The following day my account, without warning, was banned. No more strikes, nothing. Once again, I was "violating" Xbox's TOS by using a "pornographic" image. As we know, both the warning and ban are unjust beyond measure. What's even worse is how, today, numerous accounts I've seen on Xbox have explicit or close to phonographic content within their profile pictures.

When I was 15 years old, I got in contact with someone on the help center who was so dedicated to helping my unjust ban, that we exchanged information. Of course, I will not reveal anything about this kind gentleman, but I will say we never got the problem resolved. I am now 20 years old, and five years of fighting tooth and nail to get my account back has yet stop. I know someone on the moderation team (or whatever team there is to review accounts) can see my profile picture history and see that I am not lying about this crazy incident. I spent a lot of money on this account and would like to see it return to me one day. It was my first Xbox account and all my memories, photos, clips, etc. are now gone because of a matter I could not control.

The account name is "iiJxceii." Retrospectively, my reason for ban should've been due to my horrible username! Cheers to anyone who is willing to help!

Nobody on the forums has access to, or can answer any questions related to a ban on an account. There is an option to appeal a ban if you believe it to be unjust.

i had a 2 day ban due to game clip but it does not have the appeal option so what do i do from there. it does not tell me what clip, but how can i get a ban due to a clip from a game on their system. it also caused me to be removed from the ambassador program. so i am looking to find out who i contact to appeal my ban as i find it unfair.

You would have had to submit an appeal at the time the ban was issued. The enforcement team will not review any ban over 12 months old. Since it's been 2 years, there is nothing that can be done.
