How do I appeal a wrongfully communication suspension due to revenge?

My account was suspended because of revenge from an unknown player who joined a party that my son and his friend were playing. He was only in the party a minute and told my son and his friend.........Reporting......Enjoy your ban! Now my communication is
banned for a week. I think reporting is to accessible to kids, they are to immature to have that power. Now my hands are tied for a week. I tried the online appeal, I must have answered 2 questions wrong now I don't have access to an appeal. Is there anything
else I can do.

Console was wrongfully banned during account suspension

Hi

While serving an XBox account suspension, my console was flagged wrongfully and was issued a month long ban during a two week suspension from my account.

This was not brought to my attention until the day my account ended and I was still unable to access online play and communication.

I wish to appeal to the enforcement team to investigate the console ban for being wrongfully flagged but I am unable to because there's is no contact support for them and extremely frustrated. Does anyone know how to contact them directly?

there must be a great reason why the account has been suspended, these aren't giving out without reason.

Kids not facing action because they're kids, this is an bad example for the rest of the xbox live community. at sign up you agreed to the CoC/ToU and the Service Agreement as M3tal Daz3 as stated.

maybe next time keeping all forms of communication clean, in party, skype, in game and other communication methods.

I don't believe you guys perform investigations into why someone reported someone especially in the case of reporting messages I have reported someone for being rude in messages and I got a message saying someone I have reported had been banned well if you
guys investigate then wouldn't you communicate with the person who reported and the person who got reported instead of just doing oh hey look there's some curse words here's a comm ban it's awfully immature tbh besides you have to be 18+ or have parental
consent to even create a x box live account so why so strictly enforce a no profanity agenda in messages Skype or any form of communication people are just childish sometimes and report for no reason then the person who is reported has to suffer for the childish
actions of others your babyfying x box live

 

Uf you answered two questions wrong you have to wait 24hours

I don't think you fully understand what happened

One it doesn't matter what the other person does

He files a report as his right if there was a violation

It doesn't matter if it was private party

If a violation was found it doesn't matter who started the fight you should know this as an adult

Everyone is accountable for their own actiona

 

I too had my Xbox Live account suspended for a week because my children played in a lobby with a cheater. I tried to dispute and didn't get a question wrong on the little quiz, but still wasn't brought to a dispute page. They said they had played with
a guy that made money drop from the sky, I figured it was someone modding the game, but I definitely didn't think we would be banned. My wife and I just want to watch some Netflix...and now, because Xbox doesn't look into these situations beforehand and find
out what's going on, they just ban, we don't have a chance. Very frustrating.
