    How do I appeal a refund request?


    I pre-ordered "The Crew - Motorfest" and played it for around 2 hours. The game does not perform as advertised, the physics do not work, and the game is not at all enjoyable. I feel scammed out of £100, as I requested a refund as I feel I am entitled to do, and have been denied as the game has been played. Can anyone assist me with this please? Many thanks

    I have just checked the playtime, it is 2 hours and 51 minutes. Whilst this is over the set 2 hour period, an hour of that was spent managing options and watching the intro, before I could play the game and decide that it was not for me. Surely less than 2 hours cannot be all it takes for a £100 title to be denied a refund?

    Further to the email confirmation, I have received these for refunds before however this time I've received no email confirmation or decision emails. It is not present in my spam box either, however the denied status is still present when I check the request status.

    As far as I am aware its 2 hours, doesn't matter what is done within those 2 hours.

    You could try Xbox Support but I believe its a separate refund team so they may not be able to help but you could try.
