how do i appeal a communication ban when i didn't do anything to be banned

Discus and support how do i appeal a communication ban when i didn't do anything to be banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was banned on the 14th of December for violation of terms and service regarding xbox live communications but haven't messaged or contacted anyone...     how do i appeal a communication ban when i didn't do anything to be banned


    I was banned on the 14th of December for violation of terms and service regarding xbox live communications but haven't messaged or contacted anyone with a few exception of party chat with friends and messaging them to ask if they would go on a games or join
    my party. Yet i have received a 2 week communication that ends on the 29th of December and was wondering on how i could appeal the ban.

    I got banned from using communications on my account when my brother was on it and now I can’t talk in parties, how do I appeal this ban?

    you need to go to enforcement and file a case review. Read the code of conduct first and as much information as possible on the site, as there is a questionnaire to fill before a case review. Also
    if it is a 24hr suspension, there is no case review option.

    How do I appeal a ban

    While certain states have made the use of marijuana legal, it is still a controlled substance according to federal law. The US government still considers it to be illegal. Hopefully this will change someday soon but for now, it is an illegal drug.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and see if you can submit a case review. Keep in mind that even though it is legal in some places, it is not legal in all places.
    So it can still violate the code of conduct.

    I have been device banned and there is nobody to call

    I have been banned permanently not able to use my console I legit didn’t do anything worth that type of permanent ban. I should’ve only been communication banned because kid got all his friends to report me constantly every time they saw me online, I legit only played one game with them and they got mad I eliminated them and just got me permanently banned for nudity I appealed and it didn’t approve the appeal anything else I could do?
