    How do I appeal a ban


    Ive had my gamer pic for over a year now and it just got reported and taken down. I would like to appeal this ban because it only referenced marijuana. That is not a illegal drug and it doesn’t go against the terms of service. Please help me appeal this
    and get my gamer pic back.

    While certain states have made the use of marijuana legal, it is still a controlled substance according to federal law. The US government still considers it to be illegal. Hopefully this will change someday soon but for now, it is an illegal drug.

    You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and see if you can submit a case review. Keep in mind that even though it is legal in some places, it is not legal in all places.
    So it can still violate the code of conduct.

    How do I appeal a permanent ban?

    An appeal is the only possible way to have an account possibly unbanned. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If you're is not, then all you can do is wait it out.
