Keep in mind, Game Pass itself does not share, but the games downloaded from it do. So the games would have to be downloaded from your account first, but once they're downloaded, they can access them.

Oh i forgot, so i am a parent and under my account since i don't have any restrictions then it does allow it but I'm unable to do it on my childs account. To be clear the gift is available on both accounts separately

I'm honestly not sure because to my knowledge there hasn't been a "perk" for Forza Horizon 4 from Game Pass Ultimate.
