How do I adjust the deadzone for my elite series 2 controller

I recently got an elite series 2 controller and it has a slight issue with the right stick it wont stay in the middle it registers as left or right and its small enough for dead zone to fix but i cant find the option. I really hope there is a deadzone option considering the price of the controller.

If the controller is still under warranty, you might want to consider getting it replaced with a controller that doesn't have stick drift.

But this support page tells you how to adjust stick sensitivity:

It says that the "delayed" curve is similar to having a larger deadzone.

That's because there is no option to adjust the actual deadzone.

No, as this tends to effect the max range of the throw of the stick, not the beggining range. I'm now out looking for 3rd party apps that have this functionality. Stick Drift out of the box, but I don't play that much and haven't used this controller that I bought several months ago.

The Xbox support page on Elite Controller stick settings says that the "delayed" curve is like increasing the dead zone.

This person clearly asked to adjust the dead zone and you gave a completely useless answer that does not affect the dead zone at all.
