how do i add "this week on xbox" as a content block

To customize your Xbox One Home screen with 'Content Blocks', scroll all the way down on your Xbox One Home screen on the Xbox One dashboard to add Content Blocks. If you have already added a Content Block before, the option will be all the way at the bottom
under 'Add more' and 'See all suggestions'. If it is your first time adding a Content Block, you will still see the steps to get started at the bottom of the Home page.

Report under communications or inappropriate content & block the user.

The xbox one has an option to add a side note to a report so something was added to the reporting system.

So since the support team now claims there is no block feature, I thought I would suggest they add one at the feedback forum. Can't do it. Seems I've been blocked for bringing up a flaw in either the xbox live system, or bringing to light the xbox support
team is unable to figure out how to fix this flaw.
