It is not possible to add people from PlayStation consoles by using the Xbox console and Xbox friendship system.

However, depending on the game, you may find the option to play with people on other platforms.

Each game has its own friends' system in case your friend plays on another platform, and you can add them directly inside the game.

Lastly, please be aware, not all games have the cross-play feature.

The enforcement team do not accept picture or video proof. They have all the tools they need to see if the person violated the code of conduct/terms of service.

I don't think you should add that concluding to how easy it is to become and Xbox ambassador and how it is a "Voluntary" thing, your not really doing anything different then you'd normally do. (Answer questions and help players out)
