That said, the users here may be able to solve your problem, so fire away ... what's the problem with the console?

you can request a call back by using the link I’ve posted below. Decline the reqest to speak to a virtual agent then after a few more questions you should have the option to request a call back.

To reach " an actual person " ( Support ) you follow this link I sent you. You will be prompted with problem choices that might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.

Just please be aware of their availability where you live, okay? Following the steps above will eventually get you in touch with Support, so keep trying until it does.
