How do I activate the game?

Good afternoon. I have the following problem. I bought yesterday XBOX ONE S, along with the game was the code to download the game forza horizon 3. I created an account, went to the store, clicked to redeem the code, entered a 25-digit code. And then the error appeared on the screen. "An error occurred, try again later." In general I tried 20 times, not what was not happening, still there was a mistake. How do I activate the game?

If this is the name your game bundle, you need to enter that code into a website and choose your game, then you will receive the code for the game you choose via email.

The retailer has to activate the code for you.They should of done this when you bought it.

This is a security precaution.You would need to contact the retailer you bought it from & make sure you have the receipt with you as proof of purchase.

You will need to take it back, with proof of purchase and get the retailer to activate the code. Support can not activate codes purchased from 3rd party retailers.

Somebody posted on their site and I though I could use them with the story mode. I guess not.

They are Kombat Kodes. Not really cheats. You put them in at the beginning of matches while it's loading. You must have either two people or two controllers to input them. First 3 are for the first player, second 3 numbers are for the second player.
