    How do I activate a prepaid Xbox Live Membership?


    I bought a 3 month membership at a convenience store near from where I was on vacation and the cashier didn't activate my card, which I only realized until I got back.

    Is there another way to activate without paying extra for it?

    Locked from making purchases?

    I tried to activate a prepaid 13 month gold subscription but when I tried to activate it I got a message back saying "Your Xbox live billing account has been locked form makiing purchases." How do I unlock whatever it is that is locked.

    I’m not understanding, I’ve never heard of it having to be activated. Usually, you just pay for the membership card, scratch the back of it, then enter in the code that you see once you’re on your Xbox.

    Usually, the membership gets activated at the moment of purchase, but if bought at some convenience stores they have to activate the card so that you can use the code

    invalid code.

    I have the same error.

    I buy an xbox prepaid card for $ 24,99 valid for 3 months xbox live gold membership and the activation not work. The system show me an message "INVALID CODE".

    The prepaid card was powered by fastcard.

    So, where i can find help or support to solve this issue ?

    Xbox live gold 14-day trail membership

    I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
    then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?
