    How do I access my digital libary of games purchased from the Microsoft store for my Xbox...


    How do I access my digital library of games i purchased through the Microsoft store if customer service can not help me log into my account of the password has been forgotten? I was told that it is impossible to get logged back into your account if the online recovery form does not help you in getting back into your account. Microsoft has my financial information on file associated with this account, but has informed me that it is impossible to retrieve the account via my credit or debit card, both of which are linked to my account. I have talked to three different people at customer service, all of who told me that I will never be able to access my digital library ever again and that all the money paid for those games can not be recovered. It seems highly unethical to refuse customers access to their digital library simply for forgetting their password, perhaps even breaching the contract between the parties, thus committing Promissory Estoppol. I paid for the games, Microsoft received full payment for those games. I should be able to play them even if I forget my password. I have tried every option available to me through the support web page, I have tried to get help through @xboxsupport and @microsoftsupport on Twitter, I have talked to customer service twice on the phone, speaking to three different people. All telling me that my account is gone forever. I can't even cancel my gamepass subscription I no longer have access to, because it requires being able to log in to your account which is exactly the problem I having to begin with. I have a hard time believing that one of the largest tech companies in the world does not a method to help me access my account in the event I forget my password.

    Hi Steve, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

    Steve, you can only recover a Microsoft account through the only method available to Microsoft. No one in Customer Service or on this forum can help you in any way for obvious reasons and Privacy Policies.

    Unfortunately, all purchases are associated with the account from which they were purchased and in order to use these games, you need to have full access to the Microsoft account, so what you are requesting, such as being able to access your game library, is totally impossible, since this is a function of the account.

    It's not in my libary, but I can see the purchase in my order history on my Xbox one.

    No OverWatch beta codes

    Overwatch does NOT come with 2 codes unless you buy from a retailer. I'm in the early access. If you purchased on or before the 29th your account is flagged for the download. See the link I posted with info on the beta. You only get 1 key which is your
    friend key from Xbox IF you purchased on your console or online from Xbox. If you bought it from a retailer check with them for where your codes are.

    A. If you previously pre-purchased or preordered Overwatch at a participating retailer, contact your store to find out how to receive your early access keys.

    A. If you digitally pre-purchased Overwatch from the PlayStation Store or the Xbox Store, your PSN or XBL account will be automatically flagged for early access. Your friend's early access key will be distributed to you on or before May 2.
