    How do get my roblox account back?


    I got robux two year's ago or atleast three but then i accidentally didn't put the same account on the app and it wont let me sign back into it. When i, sent a email to my email app, and pressed onto reset password for the roblox account the account options did not show the account that had robux in. I have been struggling for days to get it back so can you please help me or tell me the options of what I, am allowed do. Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply. But I never made a purchase in Roblox. Roblox want me to make a screenshot from my history purchase. I tried to explain to Roblox that on the Xbox there is no purchase history for free games. But still they want me to give it and I have to contact Xbox about it. I’m really stuck how to get my account back.

    Well if it had a phone number or a email linked to you account you could change your password on your Roblox account. If you do get access back into your account put on 2fa in your roblox settings. Hope this helps
