http://enforcement.xbox.com However, you are responsible for your account at all times, so even if it wasn't your son who actually did it, because it was done on his account the suspension can still be upheld.

Still currently banned however after speaking with many different employees on Xbox support I was finally given an email address to email my case to here’s hoping it works my ban is lifted on Thursday anyway, just crazy how I have friends get communication banned few times a month and it’s always 24 hours and I get a 7 day ban for messaging a friend and getting reported as a joke
