How do escalate for for more switches for the home consoles

We got another xbox so each of my sons can have their own during Christmas. They are young and didn't know about only having 5 switches. Since Christmas every time they had a problem they would switch between both consoles. They used all 5 switches (including the exception). Now we can't switch until Dec 2022 and one console doesn't have any games. I called customer support but they can't give us more switches. Do I have any other option? We want to have a console for each kid but since we are back to only one working should I just return the new one?

The Home setting is the only way to share the games. Otherwise, the person who bought the games has to be signed in.

No only two licenses one console one roaming that's it

is there another way to share the games? maybe upgrade the account? buy a year pass? Sorry I am not the most xbox savvy person.

Your only option is to use xbox assist and click can make this my home console and cross your fingers as it's random if you receive a survey and it would only ne onceor just use the profile with the purchases

No console offer extra switches except thru the console

Or just use the one profile on the one console that doesnt have the home console and EVERYONR else use that console

It isnt meant to be used for lightly

If you already did the survey for the exception, all you can do is wait for the limit the reset on tis own. There is no other way to get another change.
