How can I challenge the refused refund? This policy is in contradiction to Norwegian consumer laws. All digital content purchases are protected with a 14 day return period.

I did some further digging and it would appear as though Mojangs refund policy is in direct opposition with Microsoft's. Digital copies of Minecraft purchased on Windows 10 PC cannot be refunded according to Mojangs return policy (not sure if this applies
to Dungeons as well) however Microsofts policy clearly states that if played less than 2 hours and owned for lessaless thatdthat 14 consecutive days a return of digital content (excluding DLC) should be refundable. The only way to refund digital purchases
of games and apps is by going to: account.microsoft.com, select payment and billing, select order history, find purchased game or app and select request a refund. My suggestion since both return policies contradict each other is to reach out to mojang directly.

Thanks for coming to the forums. The refund process can take up to 10 days. The best thing to do, is follow up with the emails sent from the refund team. They will let you know the time frame for the return. You can view the

The more information you can include in the form, the better the chance you’ll have of regaining access to your account. Answer as many questions as you can as thoroughly as possible. If you’re not sure, guessing is ok - wrong answers don’t count against you.



When you enter your email address, keep in mind that some domains may be country specific such as @outlook.co.uk.

If you’ve had your account for several years, the details on file may not match your current situation, so think about what you may have entered when you first signed up. Is it possible that you moved or changed your name? Think about passwords that you use on other accounts that you may have used here. This is another place where a good guess can pay off. When you get to a question that lets you “add more," fill in as much information as you are able. Email subject lines need to be exact.
