    How did I lose?

    I just received a notification on my phone that I lost in Alphajax when I deleted the game from my phone weeks ago. I thought I had to accept a game invite in order to be forfeited. Somehow cba41392 made me lose when I never accepted the game invite or even
    received a game invite for that matter. Might want to check into this and see if there is a hack or cheat being used.

    How did I lose?

    It could have been a match you started before you deleted the game, and it just took this long for your opponent to force resign you.

    Since notifications are handled by the Xbox Games App on your phone, the game has no way of knowing whether you have it installed or not. Apologies for the notification.

    Nobody loses gamerscore like that. Either you were playing in a guest profile, or you did not know how to explain your problem well.

    Sorry but that's the only option if you want to start over with your gamerscore. Hardly worth losing your gold membership for the sake of wiping your gamerscore in my opinion.
