How did I get Suspended??

How did I get suspended?? Right, here's some context here, I was playing Destiny Rise Of Iron, doing my patrol quest for Shiro, I do a Quarantine Patrol as my final one, Kill the priest and everything is good. If you are aware of this Game then after that
Shiro drops you a big Fiery axe and you have to fend off a few waves of enemies and then, all's good. Only as I got to the Axe I saw a Guy waiting by it and not doing much, I wait for a few seconds and think "Ah might aswell just carry on, if he needs the
Axe he'll be able to find a patrol himself, they're not really that rare." I carry on do the patrol and am about to leave when this pops up...

"Well that's nice" I think to myself, this comes a good 40 minutes after I've done this patrol as well, the messages arriving a good 30 minutes apart, so this guy is really taking his time to pump out his abuse and antagonistic behaviour, so he knows what
he is doing.

So I explain the situation to him, it was my patrol so it was my Axe, it would really take 5 minutes for him to go do it himself. I then offer to help him get another, and try to defuse the situation with self deprecating humour. Maybe I may have gone on
a bit too long and that may have had harmful effects but at no point did I insult him or use harmful language like he had done in the slightest! (Pointing out his spelling may have been a bad move though in retrospect nobody likes that (but then again, how
else would people learn))

So yeah, at no point here have I used bad language (like he had done to me), insulted him (like he had done to me) or threatened him (like he had done to me with possible implied slander about having **** with my own father!!). I merely used comedy to poke fun
of his asinine comments and informed him of his incorrect spelling of his foul language, which only got me this final nail in the coffin.

Once again, I received high amounts of aggresion, innapropriate language and personal insults. At this point I stopped messaging this guy as I knew it would get me nowhere and just filed a complaint with Microsoft. Thinking that everything would be all well
and good now, I carried on with my day and toddled off to bed after some nice gaming with my friends and Girlfriend.

Only until this very morning, when I got slapped with a suspension!! So, because of this Guy's underserved hateful and clearly horrible behaviour I am no longer able to communicate, in any shape or form, from messages to party, with any of my friends for
a full 2 weeks!! How!? Why!? How did the guys at Microsoft take a look at these messages and think that yep, I'm in the wrong and decide to suspend me!? Even if both of us have been suspended I really don't see on what grounds I deserve this Treatment. So
please, if someone from Microsoft looks at this, please help me get unsuspended, or if anyone else does just take the time to empathize with a fellow Xbox live user, subjected to nasty abuse and an unjust verdict. Thank you.
