    why did Iget suspended for freedom of speech over my comment about some clip of a another hacker cheating but yet you do nothing to sony for modified versions or account tampering as well as hacked gta5 account and other games but you suspended me without notification or message from Xbox. Because I have spent a total of 22 hrs at work the last two days and again I'm in the processes of finding a attorney for my other account that was stolen from me while I was in a public lobby on gta5 which you allowed to happen which means you violated my rights and yet that account was worth about 8,000 dollars do to games and addons and everything else .

    Please read the freedom.of speech

    It doesn't apply

    Read the FIRST LINE

    Multiple courts have already ruled your freedom of speech can't supersede other people's rights

    Hence why anyone can remove you from their home for breaking the rules

    Same applies to networks

    You can file an appeal at enforcement.xbox.com

    You do need a better reason

    As mentioned freedom of speech doesn't apply on non government places like homes or networks

    No you are NOT free to say whatever you want nor does that violate your freedom of speach. You may want to do your research on what Freedom of speech covers before using it as a defense.

    "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress
    of grievances."

    Xbox is not congress nor are the a part of any government so freedom of speech doesnt protect you in that instance.

    Freedom of speech does NOT cover private networks/companies. When it comes to private networks or companies you have to abide by their rules.
