How did I get a 2 day suspension from activity feed?

I received a 2 day suspension and can’t chat or join Xbox live parties and it says activity feed. All my activity feed has is clips of games and achievements. There’s nothing even offensive in any of my clips so I don’t understand. I also can’t appeal or see any evidence because I would like to know what clip or game achievement got me suspended. Microsoft enforcement is so sad for real.

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details and if the option to file a case review is not showing up, it may mean that you're not eligible to file one. I'm sorry for that.

Funny,according to your activity feed you have been active at least 2 days ago.

Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

Any report filed has to be investigated first which takes time so your suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my activity feed and leader boards. Mine stopped working about 2 days ago, I also did a factory reset. The reset did nothing for it.

You're lucky you can get feed from two days ago. My profile is only showing feed from 28 days ago and and my friends activity is very limited with only a few friends showing up and is days old as well.

My activity feed is back today. Shows my activity from 2 days ago when it disappeared; any other activity is not showing. I'll take it.

I did a hard reset/power cycle last night; unplugged the power cord from the outlet and the Xbox one. Waited 5 minutes and reconnected. I also deleted Smartglass from my phone and all of its data before logging back into my Xbox One today.
