How could Microsoft get Xbox one so wrong

The XB1 doesnt let you listen or store your music

 

It lets you play music disks I have yet to try it but there is an app for it.

 

not even the PS4 supports media like the PS3 or 360,

neither Sony or Microsoft put that as a priority :/

 

I don't use WMC but I find it ridiculous that it's on the 360 and not on the ONE. How does your previous tech have more options than your current one? Mind boggling. I also don't understand people saying things like, "give it time." Give it time? They've
had nothing but time. As in, the entire life cycle of the previous console, to ensure their current one is up to snuff. Your previous console should be the guinea pig for the next one. You guys give these zillion dollar companies way too much slack.

 

Yes, the 360 should have been the starting place for the X1 and it should have built up from that. WMC is great despite it's undercooked UI. I use it all the time.

 

I'm sorry but I disagree,XB1 has catered for quite a few things, like playing CD's, DVD'S and yes they are a greedy bunch ,but hey' that's they way of the world today, sadly.

I think that security has played a large part in what went on and in to the initial set up, and they have been quite good at getting new thing's and apps up and running, once they had a handle on what your home is saying to the xbox, through usage.

But I signed a few post's myself in the beginning and ran down what XBOX put out, and I attacked their mercenary values as well but I'm pleased how quick they have helped me and am now a bit more used to what is on my XBOX AND I bet I'm the oldest user
in the forums.
