How could I login to an account that I don't have the email or number for?

So the account I'm asking about, I can currently access on my xbox and play it fine, but I'm considering getting another console but I don't have the login information for it, as it's been a few years and it got lost. The email and phone number associated with it too also are no longer in service.

If it is still in use then on ypur console:

Look in the upper-left corner of the Home screen. You should see your gamertag, name, and the email that's used to sign in rotating there.

If you don't see your email address displayed, this setting may be disabled. To re-enable it:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN.

Under Show on Home, you'll see the email or phone number you use to sign in. If you enable this setting, this account info will be displayed on your Home screen.

Important If you livestream your gameplay, you may want to be careful about enabling this setting so that strangers online don't see your private info.

If yours is the one without suffix - it only has less than 1000 gamerscore.

The question is, how many email accounts do you own ?

You can try them on the login screen of the website and click on Forgot password.

If it's the right email account you will be able to reset the password and get your account back.

If you don't own that account email anymore and didn't add your phone number it's not possible to get it back.

How can I login with my gmail account if I don't have the password. I attempted a password recovery, and it's going to another email it seems, because I did not receive a reset password email.

I think someone else is using my gmail as their login?

actually I did not link my phone number or anything with my email and now both the links dont work as I need my phone number.They tell me to login, when I do not even have login email as it dosent exist according to them. I need to recover my account in such a way that it dosent ask for phone number or the main email
