How confronting the enforcement team went

This is how confronting the Enforcement Team went. I got banned not too long ago because someone has taken and was using my account and doing stuff on it that, yes, got me banned. I of course, took it up with the enforcement team, not wanting to suffer a
ban for a crime i didn't commit. As was expected, the response the Enforcement Team gave me was basically "Yes, your account was doing hacking stuff so we are holding the ban thx bye". After this i went to yet another xbox live support person and got help
to update my security info, and i changed my password. I can see clearly that no-one believes me and that everyone thinks oh im hacking i used this account and did bad stuff on it and got banned. that's completely understandable. I hate to suffer a ban for
something i didnt even do, and no i am not happy with it at all, and currently i am not happy with xbox at all right now, since my account was being used by someone else and now im sitting here with a ban unable to play with my friend whos been waiting for
me, but since my account is more secure and theres no way my ban is going to be lifted and i will be forced to wait for this ban to be over, the only things i can wish for is 1. In the future, can i please be believed? im a 15 year old kid who plays xbox all
day, not a hacker who does all this crazy illegal crap to get stuff in the game. i spend 350 dollars for an xbox one s and the first thing i get is a 2 week ban because of someone else, and when i think things couldnt get worse, noone believes me which itself
is completely unbelievable. and 2. if my account was signed in on 12 different consoles, the likelyhood of a 15 year old owning 12 different consoles and is signing in from places like new mexico, and i say my account was stolen, likely chance im telling the
truth. Dont hand it to me saying my account was being used and cheating on it, like yeah no crap it was being used to cheat thats why i was banned in the first place. im not saying you guys are bullcrapping and that my account wasnt being used to cheat. But
theres a difference between that and stating that my account was being used by someone else. Sadness and anger are the only feelings to describe, but since im basically being called a lier and noone believes me everywhere i go, im going to be forced to stick
with being called a hacker and sitting here suffering a 2 week ban. There's always going to be hackers out there stealing your crap and the only thing me and you can do to help that is by periodically updating our security and doing our best to keep our accounts
safe. and if in some way it is stolen and we're banned for it? our only choice is to suck it up and live with the ban caused by a crime we didnt commit.

Communication banning

so news update applied for the case review and according to the enforcement team I still violated the C.O.C by "confronting"him when I asked him why he was being a racist to me and another player still believe that it was not necessary to give me the communication
ban for asking a question but it is what it is 11 days left

 

My Permanently Suspended Account

The person I was gamesharing with went to the same high school. Not across the country, so no, not a violation of the code of conduct. And how does anyone expect the Enforcement team to handle any matters if they have 0 communication with anybody, they apparently
have no channels to their own company so what stops an enforcement agent from simply banning every account they are assigned to? I am seriously questioning the ethics of Microsoft’s current support and enforcement teams. How convenient that the ONLY branch
able to help me is the one that won’t communicate with me.

 

First thing you should of done was open an unauthorised access case.If you spoke to support they should of told you that.
