How come you cant curse on xbox text but you can say racist things?

I got suspended twice for one word in one day but the person that reported me didn’t get suspended for racism. They called me a racist thing and I reported it multiple times but nothing happened. I know you can’t curse due to the community guidelines but you can be racist?

You can't be racist either. If you're reporting them, the enforcement team are taking care of them as well, but it's not always immediate.

Profanity can easily be caught filter and action can be taken immediately. Other things have to be investigated by the enforcement team.

Nope. If you're wanting to contact them about the other players, you can only do so by reporting them.
