    my name is cody and I have play and bought xbox products for over 12 to 13 years since the first xbox console and spend over thousands of dollars more than most people in the united states and some other countries but that's not my point i'm getting at my
    point and issue is that I report someone for doing wrong today and what I get banned for report someone how is this right I will be taking my business somewhere else that will appreciate my money and my help by report wrong doing and this word will get out
    their and other people that have the same problem like me don't be afraid to come forward with your comments we need to deal with this matter once and for all Microsoft needs to be held accountable for letting people get by with things but most of all letting
    other people that say things and do bad things on xbox get by with it but if we do something like we don't bother nobody and we report someone we get banned how is that right that's what just happened to me earlier this evening we need to come together I
    know their is more people like me that play xbox and they had the same problem as I have for a long time now im taking my business to Nintendo and PlayStation and my gaming pc like play now so long Microsoft I will be getting my lawyer and you will be getting
    sued for this

    The best thing I can say is people pay for the servers so they have a right to use it how they please. I have been kicked and banned from many servers because my friend and I dominate the other team with an admin or the owner on that team. Lets face the
    fact kids dont like losing it means to much to them. In my time of running a server I have never kicked anyone for dominating my team, the only people i kick are people who jet ram helicopters but that is a rule stated when you join the game.

    Xbox com Ban is getting absurd

    Like i stated in a comment above this is the problem i have. Trolls dont get banned most of the time i reported a lot rarely saw any actions taken. People can troll and dont get banned but people get banned for messaging someone „you‘re bad“ literally.
