How come my xbox will not let me sign into my roblox account?

Note: Please note that the Facebook connect feature is not available through Xbox, so you will need to log in with your Roblox account password.

Disconnect your Roblox and Xbox accounts

1. While on the home screen, press the X button to access the Settings menu

2. Then, select Account

3. On this page, select UNLINK [YOUR GAMERTAG]

Alternatively, you can click here (https://www.roblox.com/my/account) go to the Security tab and under Xbox, click the Sign Out button.

One is to play as your Gamertag and the other is to Sign In as your Roblox account.

This didn’t help at all. I’m on my Xbox, & it won’t let me log into my roblox app. Nothing you said above works. I got a Verizon redeem code & can’t sign into Roblox.com or the roblox app. So been searching everywhere to enter in the code in Roblox on my Xbox & there isn’t a place to do it on my console. This is total bs
