how come my wireless head set does not work

Discus and support how come my wireless head set does not work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just bought a new afterglow wireless headset and it will not work unless it is plugged in.     my controller dose the something but im not using a wireless head set. it says i have the head set hooked up but its not even hook up. any ideas how to fix

    Does the Xbox one chat pad come with a headset?

    It comes with a head set. I use a wireless set of TB headphones but it does come with one of those cheap standard headsets in the box.

    Warheads will work as headphones, not as a headset. The wireless mic setup on the Warheads will not work with Xbox One.

    I can believe that Microsoft had miss this opportunity of coming up with a good product and let others like Turtle Beach and Triton to develop poor wireless head set. Its a shame that Sony has a real wireless head set for the Play 3 and XBOX 360 is far away
    to have this accessories. I cant find any excuse for Microsoft team to do better and come up with a real wireless head set that will cover all gamer expectations. The only comment that I can add is who after coming up with the Kinect Microsoft had let this
    happened, its ridicules!....
