how come my reward points won't add in my account

Hi

I been running now 4 @ least 2 or 3 maybe 4 months give or take & I keep doing the reward point survey's & it

keeps asking me 2 update my info & I go & look @ it & nothing has changed since I Joined the rewards points in 2014.

Ty 4 ur Time & I hope I get 2 see my point add in & the account fixed 4 this part!

How can I transfer my reward points to my son to add on to his points so that he can use them?
