    my rewards system wont update my gamerscore still says i have 9760 when i actually have 10250 and i didnt get my rewards when i last renewed my gold membership

    Xbox live rewards

    Cant use xbox live rewards programme. Wont recognise my gamerscore and wont give me any xbox live points

    How come my gamerscore wont update on live rewards

    Stats don't update in real time. Gamerscore is really only looked at about once a month, but it has no affect on earning credits. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance with the program.

    Stats don't update in real time. Gamerscore is really only looked at about once a month, but it has no affect on earning credits. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Gammer Score not updating

    I have the same problem. I unlock an achievement, gamerscore will update on console, then sometime later my gamerscore goes back to what I had a few days ago. Checked on Xbox. com and my score was correct. Have done all the suggested fixes but nothing
    works. Getting really aggravated with this. Tired of watching my gamerscore go backwards. Has to be a problem with Xbox live. Instead of coming out with a new console in a couple years, how about getting this one to work right?

    Gamerscore does not represent how many Microsoft Points you have

    Gamerscore are points you earn for completing achievements.

    Microsoft Points are virtual currency for the Xbox Live Marketplace that you either get from the Xbox Rewards Program or by buying them.
