How come my bo2 disk lets me load in but stops loading when I try to get into zombies

My disc can boot, 50% of the time, it will not let me start a game. When trying to load a zombies map, It will freeze on loading textures.

Was worth a try but no luck here.

Disk 1 will show the game info but fails to load.

I'm getting the Disk Unreadable error if I try to start with it (and that's after it spins up and tells me how many friends are playing the game), and if I start with disk 2 then insert disk 1 when prompted it freezes and the disk stops spinning.

I would but I have to get my 360 serviced. It does not read disks anymore, But I LOVE the BO2 Zombies. Do you get the expansions? I could help with achievments, I am always trying to max the zombie achievments out when I can.

this has been happening to me the past 3 days. i cant even get into zombies online. any game online just freezes when the loading bar is at 3/4 and the "loading circle" keeps going non-stop.

My issue is not with the install... I have installed it and played it many times... The problem is that I will do something else... Like watch TV and come back to play COD and it loads to a black screen and stops. After multiple try's to load the game,
I will have to either load another game disk to play and then come back to play COD (only works sometimes). Or shut down the whole system and reload it for the game to boot! This is an issue with the XBox One... Not the install or the disk...
