How come Microsoft is not acknowledging the "no disc" problems?

I can play my games, so I should consider myself lucky, but when I want to watch a Blu Ray movie, sometimes it works, but most times it says "no disc". WTF? I hope Microsoft is proud that I have to use my SONY PlayStation 3 to watch blu ray movies.

I tried doing some of the options I read on the forums, but not working for me. What are we suppose to do?

Sweet, thanks. It is a separate Content for the HD Texture? How did they fit that much Data on two Disc. The 6.8Gb I can understand along with the 7.3Gb (with the new Anti-Piracy Content) but that difference is greater then 1.5Gb?

I actually really have no idea how it will work. I am assuming that since it is an optional download, it will be something you download from the main menu of the game or the Marketplace for free? I really don't know.

I have the same problem with my XBOX One not detecting or reading discs, I guess your best option at this point is to exchange it at the store you bought it from if you just bought it recently unless you bought it online or make a request to send it in for
repair.

 

I bought it on day one. So that is like 8 months ago. I bought it at EB games, don't think they will exchange it now.

 

It's still under warranty so you should request a repair.

 

Yeah I have similar issues.... I can play blu rays etc but just doesn't recognise a game disc. After a hard reset it will work for one disc then stops working for the next disc. Pretty frustrating. Guess I will put it in for repair but to me it seems like
a software problem rather than a hardware problem.
