    Why does Xbox not fix their consoles?

    My xbox broke and they told me that it is getting fixed in Mexico. How come Microsoft can't fix their own consoles? The next time it brakes I am not going through xbox again, it is been a plus 2 weeks and it is still not here.

    Can't sign in to Halo Spartan Assult

    Update didn't fix the problem. Even Microsoft can't make their games work on their own OS.

    'll Never buy in the W8 store from now.

    Redeeming Red Faction 2 with Games With Gold

    When that game with gold, available from august 16th, will really be available for free on our xbox one? How many people will buy it and have to be refunded (and might not ask and won't be)?

    This is a very serious problem. Very disapointing from Microsoft.

    Come on guys, fix this already.
    Won't be free if we can't get it via Games for Gold/own it before it disappears in a month. I've bought it after the 16th and supposed to get a refund. Is in my order history but I don't actually own it. Have to ring support again.

    This is an issue that has been ongoing for a long time. It happens intermittently, and gets 'fixed' on its own. I'm disappointed by Microsoft (again) when it comes to fixing an issue in their software. How long has it been since this was first reported?
    Months it seems like.

    Also microsoft makes their customers pay for games and services that they obviously can't support. So maybe microsoft should fix the problem when their customers complain. Instead of telling us to put up with the trash or fix on our own.
