How come I've been band and he hasn't!!!!!

Hello I'm reporting harassent to xbox live buy another user. He sends offensive messages towards my girlfriends who also has an xbox. As soon as i retaliate i get a ban but she has not reported him 6 times and nothing has come about it. it is disgusting
that he has been doing this to someone and won't leave her alone. She's had xbox less than a year and nothing is being done about this. i also have screen shots of messages before you took them down. if you require them.

I had a communication ban

ive had a communication ban don't no how because I was in work it say its up today but it hasn't come back on so therefore I can not play FIFA 17 at all which is ridiculous as I havnt a clue why I've been band in the first place

 

Music information correction

I've submitted some feedback for incorrect band information a while back and it hasn't been updated. Anyone know how long it takes, or if they ever get around to changing it?

 

If she hasn't reported them then they probably wont get a suspension.

You are just as guilty if you retaliate with messages that violate the ToU/CoC.

The only way to report someone is via your console

Why have you/your girlfriend not blocked this person & reported them?

 

I'm assuming he meant "now reported him six times" given the rest of his post.

My only suggestion would be for your girlfriend to set her communications to Friends Only for the meantime. Hopefully the person will quickly lose interest.

 

sounds familiar i just got a communication ban for sending a message to a idividual who sent me four first and yet he isnt banned. nice one microsoft, way to support the bullies

 

As I told you in one of your other posts,you wont know if they have been suspended or not.

Nothing will happen if you don't report them anyway.
