How come it takes over 3 hours to install one disk in your xbox s

Have you tried installing your disc with your xbox offline? That way it only installs the game. If you are connected to the internet it will install the game and update at the same time which could even take up to ten hours.

it's because sometimes it's are updating why you're putting the game into it with it or you don't you have the space for it but because you might not have enough space and you might have to delete some sometimes deleting stuff helps speed it up quicker

It may not be a problem with the Xbox.

The Xbox can only set up the game as fast as the internet connection will allow. Depending on your Internet speed/ provider you will be varied on how fast you can install a game, if it is a bad connection it can also drop out and take longer.

Some games (as already mentioned) have large updates when they are released to fix any early bugs and are necessary for the best experience of a game as well as security.

If this is a poor internet issue then it will unfortunately take longer

This could be to do with the size of the game itself or it could be to do with your own internet speed, the Xbox should not have an affect on the download speed of your game.

The update process may be slowed down if you play a game at the same time as the installation. It may also be slowed by the amount of people using devices connected to your broadband.

This is more of an internet issue, but good luck gamer.

Probably when you are installing the game, you are also downloading an update for it, sometimes the games have very large updates and if your network speed is not too fast, need time!
