How come i haven't gotten any sort of compensation or even an apology???

Thanks that actually makes me feel better, and I know an apology doesn't make a difference since they wont care its just the principle, and it just sucks that I've been saving my money for some time for the device to break twice...hooefully not a third time

As someone who has worked call centers, we do not apologize. Apologies admit guilt and wrong doing. I will tell you that I understand, that I've been there, that I know your frustrated and I feel for you, but I won't tell you that I'm sorry or that I apologize
for the experience. It lacks tact and most experienced agents avoid it and the giant pit of angry that people twist that simple statement into.

Than how come when at&t or Comcast screws up with me they apologize and lower my bill

I got my Xbox exchanged and they aren't doing the replacement game anymore, unfortunately. I did get a free month of Xbox Live though, which is awesome.

Just found out they send the cosoles to Mexico for repair. My console has been stuck at the border customs for 5 days and MS cant do anything about it. Why the heck is the repair center in Mexico in the first place? And like you said no mention of compensation
or anything, not my fault the system is defective. Im losing 3 weeks of my gold subscription for something thats out of my control.
