    How come i have been charged?


    Money has been taken out of my microsoft balance for something that i havent even purchased and i was asleep when it happened my guess is that i have been charged by EA acces but when you go on my order histroy nothing is there and i have also cancelled
    EA acces months ago and even though they charged me i dont even have it my i get a refund as quick as possible please

    Hello you need to call in to have this fixed. Check your subscriptions and billing account also. Make sure you see no active subscriptions and check billing to see last time you were billed.

    I have been charged twice

    When you upgrade, you're still charged the full amount. The remaining time on your regular Game Pass would have just been converted to Ultimate and the Ultimate you purchased would be added to that as well.

    Hello Jacqueline, you acted correctly if you think that your account was hacked, however if the purchase via Paypal does not appear in your Microsoft account, check that you do not have other secondary accounts where your Paypal account may be added as a payment method.

    Payment Options

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    If you have more accounts, or you can't find them through your Microsoft account, try checking it in your Paypal account App for mobile devices.

    When logging into your Paypal account Go to Profile»Data and Privacy»Assigned Permissions.

    And see all companies that have permission on your account.

    You'll need to contact support directly and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us. Fill out a ticket on the
    website (if you aren't in the US/Canada) and someone will get back to you about these charges.

    Do you have an Xbox console in your household? It can be from a recurring subscription in on of your accounts from there.

    If you don't have an Xbox console, what about a PC to which you may have subscribed to before? Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.
