    Being that Xbox is a world forum it might have been disturbing to some. All it takes is a few cases for them tomlook at it as an issue. Even thought some profile pictures can be as bad and not get any attention, its all on perception some time when its
    not as clear sometimes. I personally dont think a ban would be necessary unless Xbox confronted the user and asked them to take it down and they didnt comply

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if there is information regarding the ban and to see if you can submit a
    case review.
