Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to sign in to your account when playing backwards compatible games. We recommend removing the Xbox 360 profile and adding it back to the console. We'll provide steps explaining
how to complete this process. You need to make sure you console is connected to Xbox Live first. You can confirm this by testing the network and multiplayer connections

in the network settings of the Xbox One. Be sure to let us know the results

How to remove your profile:

1. Launch an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One
2. Wait until you get past the Xbox logo and press the View and Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
3. Go to Settings and look for storage settings
4. Select profiles
5. Delete your profile(Profile only) Do not delete profile and items

How to download your profile:

1. Once your profile has been removed, press the View and Menu buttons at the same time to pull up the Xbox 360 guide
2. Select download profile

Hi I'm a new xbox one user and I bought i for the new backwards compatible games, however when I try to purchase a backwards compatible game it says "You have no valid payment options on file". I have tried my credit card and xbox live cards and the same
message pops up. When I try and buy the backwards compatible games from my xbox one directly the game says "bundle only" and when i click on it it says it cant find it. Please let me know how to solve this.

I'm *** off at this point that when Backwards Compatability (idk how to spell it) was announced, they said that the fan favorites would be compatible first. almost 4 months later, there are still no signs of Red Dead being compatible. I have over 200 games
I've downloaded on my 360, and about 15 are playable on my One. Come on Microsoft. We all know you can do better. in my eyes, i think that this needs to be number 1 on their list.
