    I have the same question. I recently bought a new xbox and am trying to set my home xbox. Each time I try, I’m confronted with a message that reads “Your home xbox settings can’t be changed until we connect to the service”. Any ideas on how to fix this

    But to clarify:

    My profile (game pass buyer) on my console (series S) needs to be set as home Xbox.

    My mom’s profile on her console (Xbox one) needs to be set as home Xbox. My profile on that console does not.
