    how come i cant log into another profile on my xbox one


    all of a sudden my kids cant log into their profile on the xbox one. nothing i do will work, can anyone help me out on this. please, my kids want to play their minecraft but cant log into their profiles, I keep getting told there is something wrong, but
    cant find anything.

    i am trying to log into my xbox live account but in dont know password. i left a number off of my phone number on my profile account so i cant retrieve my password. i have paid for the gold membership but cant get to it due to not being able to log in. i
    have created another profile but dont have the gold membership. i still have about 6 months left on my gold membership with profile i cant get to. how can i retrieve password or transfer membership to current profile?

    How do I switch profiles on the app?

    I have one Xbox live account, but each family member has a profile. When I log into the app on Windows 10, my wife's profile comes up automatically and I can't find anywhere to switch it to my profile.

    Hi All im having exactly the same issue, I have paid today for another 12 month subscription, However my soon cant log in on the xboox, telling is wrong details, we can log in on pc no problem however our usernames are none we recognise when doing this>??

    Im getting errors 805D002 AND 805003 we have cleared casche etc etc and no luck. He can access the profile he has on the xbox itself but cant get online and hen we log in on pc its not coming up with his profile but a completely new one?????

    When i try to download my xbox live profile its just comes up with a white screen and the loading symbol? no time or errors come up its just the white loading symbol and it just stays on it forever?

    I know i have a xbox live account because i can log in on the website,is this normal? Do i just leave it like this? how long will it take? help please

    Can't log in one of my consoles. Error number 80048821

    i tried deleting my profile on my Xbox, like that site said to. I even did a proof of my account. Then i downloaded the profile to that xbox, that worked but i cant log in after that.

    It is weird that I was able to log in successfully to download my profile but not able to log in after that. Really odd.
