How come i cant chat with xbox support?

Hello My Name is Caleb, I recently Purchased a game WWII they took my money out of my Microsoft Points I didnt receive a receipt or anything. It said purchased but never downloaded I checked my money balance & they took the money out but didnt give me the
game. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME IM BEGGING YOU.

How do you kick people in a party chat? And a few other questions.

Im trying to get used to this new Xbox One system and I cant see if you can kick people in the party. Can you? Anyway, Im also having some issues with the partys with going into party chat and it comes up "Cant join party chat, try again later" sometimes
when I join my friends party.

How do you join session with your friends without an invite?

How do you change your Bio, Motto, etc?

 

Is it possible to video chat and play a game at the same time?

Is it possible to play an xbox one game and video chat at the same time. Because when they unveiled the xbox one. The showed it possible. But I cant work out how.

 

Try checking the "Ready to install" section in your games & apps.

If you don't see it still, try restarting your xbox.
