    HOW COME I CANNOT INSTALL THE BLU-RAY APP!!???


    I have an active internet connection, and I use to have no issues with blu-rays, then one day one if my blu-rays didn't work, so I applied the new update, still didn't work, so I then uninstalled the app and attempted to reinstall. Since then I have been
    unable to completely install the app, it downloads to 99% and then drops out and says 'Unable to complete download'.

    I have no issues with my internet connection.

    I have tried the console hard reset option at least 5 times.

    Games work fine, this is just blu-ray issues.

    Bought as a multimedia centre... Doesn't play blu-ray.....

    I need help with this!!!

    i cant install a game

    I am trying to install Halo Wars but whenever i put in the disc it loads up blu ray. i uninstalled the blu ray app but now when i put the game disc in it redirects me to the xbox store to install blu ray again. How do i get the game to install?

    Faulty disc drive. I'm not amused

    Is the disc a blu ray ? I read you need to install a blu ray app from the online store.

    Perhaps it can Help.. Delete the Alternate MAC-Adress in the Advanced Network Settings...
