How can you tell if its a server or you?

Whenever I log into Diablo 3 I get a message that the Diablo 3 server is not available at this time. This has been going on for 3 days. I have tried all the trouble shooting such as unplugging modem, resetting DNS, logging in, logging out....I have searched
the internet for some sort of conformation that it is indeed the server but have found nothing. I have never had this problem before. The system test comes back perfect...I am connected everywhere else just not in the game. Is there some way to tell if
its really the server or if there is something wrong on my end?

how can you tell if a weapon is modded?

If they do 4 million damage or more. If the weapon has more than allowed sockets. If there's 3k cold damage from an item it's some mods, but youre good it looks like the game's just going to *** as there's no regulation on it, at least thus far.. auto correct
so lots of Grammer errors

how can you tell if a weapon is modded?

what i hate the most is that people can get these modded weapons from modders and not know they got a modded weapon, use it and get banned. i quit playing boarderlands 1 and 2 with random people because of that crap. i don't like doing that. meeting new
people is part of the fun of online co-op games like diablo 3. plus i put a lot of time into my demon hunter. he is a level 70 and a paragon level 52. i don't wanna lose all the work and time because someone gave me a modded weapon i didn't know was modded.
i will look for the stuff you listed.

Hello this seems like an ongoing issue with this game and it can be caused by two factors:

a)If you hook up 2 Xbox Ones on the same network

or

b)The servers of the game are overloaded

As for a) When two consoles connect at the same time. First one to login has full capability whereas the second (and/or third & fourth) to attempt to login are restricted to Local CoOp only so keep that in mind.

Regarding b) Spam log in seems to work. If you fail in the first attempt keep trying until a successful connection has been established.

i hate the guys that know, i few times already i have beatin the guys that are all clanned out talking garbage to the other players and rite before the stats show up and saying my team won the game drops, just so that they dont get the lost added to there

Checking the "first 4 green bars" in MW3 doesnt work like in past CODs. Its seems to have multiple people go "4 green bars" at one time (during the initial set-up), now, dunno.
