How can you tell if a profile is banned/blacklisted/anything like that?

I recently reported 2 people on the Xbox One. I had their names pulled up on my laptop for reference, and one showed all his friends and followers and recent activity. But when I reloaded that profile, it showed that he didn't have any of that anymore, it
was just blank. Does that mean he was blocked like I hoped?

If your IP address has been blacklisted then it doesn't matter how many consoles you purchase.

how can you tell if a weapon is modded?

what i hate the most is that people can get these modded weapons from modders and not know they got a modded weapon, use it and get banned. i quit playing boarderlands 1 and 2 with random people because of that crap. i don't like doing that. meeting new
people is part of the fun of online co-op games like diablo 3. plus i put a lot of time into my demon hunter. he is a level 70 and a paragon level 52. i don't wanna lose all the work and time because someone gave me a modded weapon i didn't know was modded.
i will look for the stuff you listed.

More than likely it only means that they're keeping their info private... or they've blocked you. People pretty much decide what they let people see through their settings.

Hi, from what i read on other articles they don’t tell u how long you’ve been banned on console bans, they only tell you on an account ban. I payed so much for my console and it’s not like i have so much money anyways i had to work and save money for mine, and it hurts so much to see all that money goes to waste now i can’t do anything on my console and i just want to know how long I’ve been banned for

There are 2 types of enforcement actions

1. Profile level- means no matter what console the profile is on that profile itself has lost those privileges.

2. Console level- that means no matter what profile is signed into the console they are not able to use the privilege.

so if no profile on the console can use communications then it sounds like your console is suspended.

there is no case review for console bans.

if you get ahold of xbox support they may be able to tell you how long the console suspension is for.

Thief has been a long time favourite of mine. It's all about how you play, it's upto you but it's more graded to stealth than the recent Splinter Cell game (Blacklist).

There's no mythical monsters or anything like that though, if that's what you mean by "Only have to kill humans"

The objectives range from stealing items to killing people usually.
