how can you play games from console on your PC?

I bought Forza Horizon 5 and I can play it on console and PC, but there is a child account in my family which I'm sharing the game with and I can play the game on console on this account but sadly on PC there is no way. Please help me how can I play it on PC without buying it again on child account?

sign into the kids account on pc, open xbox app, sign out of xbox app and sign in with your account, download forza 5, once done sign out of xbox app and back in with your childs account, they can now launch and play the games, you have been able to share windows games and xbox app games and gamepass pc games with other accounts for a very long time.

Just a friendly reminder though that you can play the game on your PC if you're using the account where the game was purchased because game sharing only works on Xbox console and not on PC.

No. When you stream your console to your PC the PC becomes a remote display for the console. You will see on your PC what is being played on the console. You won't be able to play a different game streamed to the PC from the game that is being played on
the console.

You'll want to get a second console, and make sure whom ever is playing on the first console is not using the same account that you are using on the second console. An account can only be signed into one console at a time.
