    With a 52 card deck on Pyramid, how can you get six jacks in one deal.

    App to Microsoft Solitaire collection does not work

    I am having the issue of the game constantly and repeatedly cheating by putting out boards that are LITTERALY impossible to win, example on pyramid you can clear a whole level of the pyramid and get jammed on one card and EVERY copy of the card to unblock
    is BEHIND the card it is used to unlock thus you can NOT win EVER.

    It sounds like it's the pyramid event on Solitaire collection. It's probably a technical error. They will be working on a fix for it.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Pyramid gets stuck loading after Solitaire Collection synchs with cloud data.

    Same problem - was playing pyramid 3 days ago - it froze, crashed the microsoft solitaire collection program. All other games work - no pyramid. Pyramid DOES work on the daily challenges, just not the standalone. WSReset doesn't work. deleting, reinstall
    doesn't work.
