    How can you have an enforcement team who dishes out bans but you can't even contact them?


    I received a com ban that says its 24 hours so i can't submit a claim however the ban ends 3 hours after the 24 hr mark and when i contacted support they told me the time that the ban ends is 7 hours later than when the ban ends
    making it a 31 hour ban. When i phoned the support team, I was placed on a 10 minute hold (after being told it was only going to take 2 minutes) then at the end of the hold, I was hung up on. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous treatment of a customer. I work in
    customer service for a retail company and this is absolutely not the type of treatment we would give our customers. This is incredibly bad policy and looks terrible on microsoft's part.

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    You can contact support, but they do not handle suspensions/bans. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. You would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com to try submitting a case review (the only way to contact the enforcement team).

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow this forum and the support team has no access to do anything with enforcement actions.

    Is there more to appeal a decision?

    You will need to contact the enforcement team, if you feel like the ban is unfair, try to find out more, as from what you have said the ban does feel unfair. But if the enforcement team saw something then they are the only people who know, just try contact them and do your best to find out whats happening.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle that. If the reasons are no listed on the enforcement site, unfortunately there is no other way to find out. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the banning to see about having
    the account unbanned. Since it's been well over a year since the ban was issued, it is no longer possible to contact them regarding it.

    Reporting them is the only way to contact the enforcement team to have them look into the other guy. There is no other way to contact them.

    The length of your ban would be determined by the enforcement team, so no one here can tell you how long you might be banned for. Suspension lengths can vary based on if you've had any suspensions in the past and the severity of the situation.
