    how can you find support who will help?


    I pay for expedited shipping label for warranty service. Service approved after registration of product. Get a blank box on MS browsers. A popup that reads "Shipping Label Cannot Be Found" in Chrome. This is on a, receipt of payment page, I can still
    access which has a link to "Reprint Shipping Label." I have an entry on my bank account for the purchase.

    I chat with support explaining the issue and am assured I will be taken care of. First have I tried another device? I remote in and try same result. I need access to your account and sends me an email which has a # I enter in the chat session for authorization.
    Writes will send me another receipt then comes back on and says I can just print my SR# (authorization for repair). Now I have no address, no other information, and I have prepaid for a label. I explain I can't just write an SR number on a piece of paper
    and ship. MS support assures me I can. I explain again I have no address, and I prepaid for shipping. I am then told label will be resent. After a wait I'm told that my device is not properly registered. I'm looking in another browser at the page with
    my registered Kinect. I explain the device shows as registered. I am told that it will be taken care of and tied to my address this time (which I see already in the window). After 10 minutes I enter a ? in the chat window and receive information that chat
    session is not connected.

    Now what?

    Only the windows live team resets passwords
