    how can you confirm a purchase in your microsoft account cause i have 5 euro in it but i can't ...


    i bought a 5 euro worthy live card but now i can't use it as a payment methode cause it's telling me to confirm the purchase on my microsoft account i have no clue how to do this. i almost tried everything i could think off so could anybody please help me
    out a little cause it's like i can't use that money for some reason.

    I am trying to buy a game pack

    When I go to confirm purchase (via browser), it says "You have no valid payment options on file."

    Please help

    Cannot authorize payment method. (Strange one)

    There is a limit to how much you can purchase in a day per account. I believe it's 6000 Microsoft Points, which is roughly the 80 Euros you speak of. I can't say for sure, but it may work on another console since the license is distributed to a different
    console than the previous purchases did, when they hit the limit.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with not being able to find 40 euros worth of credit that your mother purchased on Microsoft for you to use on the Microsoft store. You may want to check the account she made the purchase
    on as it could have been purchased for the account and not as a gift card.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue making a purchase. If your region is set to Canada, you will not be able to use the euros.

    When making purchases the region of the purchase needs to match the payment type. If you have made a region change and now live in Canada or that area where it uses CAD and not Euros. The only time you will be able to use the Euros is if back in that region.
